Could someone help me please. I would like the menu on the top of the above domain to be moved a little more to the right. Is that Possible?

Pauric

Hello Pauric,

To do that, you’d need to add this simple CSS code to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS from dashboard.

    @media only screen and (min-width: 1025px) {

      .site-header .container {
        width: 100%;
      }

      #mainnav .menu > li:last-child {
        padding-right: 0;
      }

    }

Hi Kharisblank

That is hugely helpful. Thank you. However the menu is now too far right. Is there a part of that css I can change so I can move it slightly more left?

Hi again Kharisblank

I also notice that the logo has gone to the left edge. I was hoping not to move that at all. Only the menu on the right.

Hello there,

Try replacing the code I suggested with this and do your own adjustments.

    @media only screen and (min-width: 1025px) {

      #mainnav .menu {
        margin-right: -40px;
      }

      #mainnav .menu > li:last-child {
        padding-right: 0;
      }

    }

Hi Kharisblank

Thank you for your invaluable help. That worked Perfectly. I am also now wondering - Is there a code that lets me move the logo only more left? But without moving the menu from the new position?

Pauric

Hello Pauric,

Try adding this extra CSS code:

    @media only screen and (min-width: 1025px) {

      .site-header .col-md-4 > a {
        margin-left: -40px;
      }

    }

Or you can combine it with the previous code like this to avoid unnecessary line duplication:

    @media only screen and (min-width: 1025px) {

      #mainnav .menu {
        margin-right: -40px;
      }

      #mainnav .menu > li:last-child {
        padding-right: 0;
      }

      .site-header .col-md-4 > a {
        margin-left: -40px;
      }

    }
