Woocommerce wipes out the Sydney slider header

I have a site built with Sydney (not the PRO version, using the last version of it and WP) and I used the slider for the header. All was good until I installed woocommerce and the slider was completely wiped out. Can you shed some light on this? Thanks.

I need more information to address your problem. Does your header type setting look like this under the Appearance > Customize menu?
