White space in mobile

Hi all,

I am struggling to remove the white space at the top of the first row of each page. It is only a problem in mobile view.

Please, can anyone help with which css to use?

The website is firstwindowcleaning.co.uk/about

any help is appreciated.

Jason

Hello Jason,

Can you please disable Autoptimize and leave here a note?

Kind Regards, Roman.

Hi Roman, thank you for your reply. I have deactivated autoptimize now.

Hello Jason,

Please try to use Front Page template for that page instead of Full width template that you are using now there.

Kind Regards, Roman.

Roman. Thank you very much, it worked perfectly.

Are you able to tell me how to move the nav bar and logo up slightly so it sits above the first row on the desktop site only?

Hello Jason, sure. You can try to use the following CSS code.

You can add CSS code in Dashboard → Appearance → Customize → Additional CSS section.

@media (min-width: 1025px) {
    .sydney-hero-area {
        margin-top: 140px;
    }
}

Please feel free to ask any other questions that you might have.

Kind Regards, Roman.

thank you so much Roman. Rearrly appreaciate it

Is it possible to make this apply to every page but the homepage Roman?

Hello Jason, yes. Try to use this code instead:

@media (min-width: 1025px) {
    body:not(.home) .sydney-hero-area {
        margin-top: 140px;
    }
}

Kind Regards, Roman.
