White space around block

Can you help me with the following. I have set a yellow background color on my page. I have also adjusted the color of the content box to the same yellow color. However, there appears a white space around the content block. How can I delete this white space?
The link to my site in progress is: http://peyrebatut.com/wordpress/wp-admin/post.php?post=107&action=elementor
Thank you for your help.

Hello Nicolette,

I’d like to check, but the link doesn’t work – it’s a page editing link that requires username and password. Please share its public link.

Hello Kharis,

Thanks for your reply. Here is the link to the page with the white stripes left and right.

I put in some custom CSS, which took out the white stripes on the following page, but the page above, still shows the white stripes.

    .page .page-wrap .content-wrapper,
    .single .page-wrap .content-wrapper {
    	 padding: 0px !important;
    .page-wrap .content-wrapper {
    	padding-top: 0px !important;
    	padding-bottom: 0px !important;
    	padding-left: 0px !important;
    	padding-right: 0px !important;
    	background-color: #fff;

Thanks for your help.

Hello there,

Try adding this CSS code to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS from dashboard.

    .page-wrap .content-wrapper {
      background-color: transparent;

Dear Kharis,

It works. Many thanks for your help.

I still have some problems with making my website into a one page website. I’ll try to sort this out, but I may come back to you for some help if that is okay.

Anyway thanks for sorting out this problem.

Kind regards,
