White screen under footer

Hi guys, I have seen many instances where people mention white screen under the footer but the ideas to solve it don’t seem to change anything.

Here is my site and at the bottom you will see the white screen - https://travelagenthanoi.com

I have changed the footer lable from Sydney to my agency name and think I may have added or deleted something unintentionally.

If I post the theme.php would any techies out there be able to quickly see what i have done wrong?

Cheers in advance.

Hi Simon,

I’ve checked your site and it’s possibly caused by the installed plugins.
Can you try to deactivate the plugins one-by-one and let see which plugin caused the issue?

Thanks Awan, but I do believe it started when I was messing about with the footer to delete Sydney and replace with Copyright Travel Agent Hanoi.

Here is the code, maybe you know what is missing or what shouldn’t be there?

 * The template for displaying the footer.
 * Contains the closing of the #content div and all content after
 * @package Sydney
	</div><!-- #content -->

		$footer_hide = get_theme_mod( 'footer_hide' );
		$footer_credits  = get_theme_mod( 'footer_credits' );

	<?php do_action('sydney_before_footer'); ?>

	<?php if ( is_active_sidebar( 'footer-1' ) ) : ?>
		<?php get_sidebar('footer'); ?>
	<?php endif; ?>

    <a class="go-top"><i class="fa fa-angle-up"></i></a>

    <?php if ( !$footer_hide ) : ?>
	<footer id="colophon" class="site-footer" role="contentinfo">
		<div class="site-info container">
			<?php if ( $footer_credits == '') : ?>
 				<center><b><a href="<?php echo esc_url( __( 'https://travelagenthanoi.com/', '' ) ); ?>"><?php printf( __( 'Copyright © 2019 Travel Agent Hanoi', '' ), '' ); ?></a></b></center>
				<span class="sep">  </span>
				<?php printf( __( '', '' ), '', '' ); ?>
			<?php else : ?>
				<?php echo $footer_credits; ?>
			<?php endif; ?>
		</div><!-- .site-info -->
	</footer><!-- #colophon -->
	<?php endif; ?>

	<?php do_action('sydney_after_footer'); ?>
</div><!-- #page -->

<?php wp_footer(); ?>

Your code looks good.
I also do inspect each HTML element of the page but didn’t find the issue.

I think you still need to check if the issue comes form the plugins or not.
