Website upload issues on desktop & Mobile

hello! the site is not uploading (fornewbusiness(com) i have tried everything as per the related topics in this forum. it seems to an technical issue. I would be glad if you can help me to fix this problem. Kindly take a look and suggest where I can provide you the website login credentials.

Also I have checked with the hosting provider - they have checked and said it’s a them issue. because when we change the theme (to sydney) the site was loading. Kindly take a look

I just uploaded the news anchor pr theme and downloaded the recommended plugins - when I tried to check it on desktop mode and mobile device the site was not uploading. please check the screenshot

I checked it with my phone. And I can confirm that the issue only appears on mobile.

I will be investigating this further and be back to you as soon as possible.
