Website not responsive

Hi there!

Last Saturday our website lost its responsiveness. Maybe the sydney/css/bootstrap/bootstrap.min.css isn’t working anymore? Please help ?

Cheers, Niels

I have a similar issue. The slides won’t show up on my phone. http://www.jarnvags.nu

Hello Niels and @tevensso,

Niels, I have just checked your website on Android phone and it looks okay. Have you already resolved your issue?

@tevensso, please create a new topic for your issue in order to make it easier to help you.

Kind Regards, Roman.

Hi Roman!

You are right. The site’s responsiveness is back, except for one landing page:

www.wkwaterland.nl

When I first set up this page, widget services type A was displayed properly (images and text were neatly divided over the width of the page) but not anymore. I think I broke some code somewhere, but I don’t seem to be able to fix it.

Thanks for your help in advance!

Best, Niels

Hello Niels,

Can you please provide some explanatory screenshots in order to illustrate what exactly you want to achieve?

You can upload screenshots to your WordPress Media Library and share a link, or you can use one of the online services (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.).

Kind Regards, Roman.

Hi Roman,

Yes, I can

As you can see the banner/head part comes along with the width of the device, but the other elements such as the text (Sydney FP call to action), the “services” and the contact form (Gravity) don’t anymore. I had it working, but am not quite sure what happened.

All elements are within a row structure. The rows are configured as “full extended width”.

Hope this helps to understand my issue somewhat better.

Cheers, Niels

Hello Niels,

I can’t access that screenshot.

Can you please check the link?

Kind Regards, Roman.

Hi Roman,

The screenshot itself is not really explanatory. Best thing is to compare this situation to the homepage of www.plezierinvoetbal.nl where you can see that the widget ‘Services Type A’ neatly responds to various widths, as where the same widget does not perform the same way at www.wkwaterland.nl. Very strange. This also accounts for all the other widgets on this latter page.

Greets, Niels

Hello Niels,

I have just checked the services widget on http://www.wkwaterland.nl/ and it’s responsive.

One thing that I noticed is that you are using Full Width Stretched rows on that page, so content is full width.

Kind Regards, Roman.
