Hello Manish,
Please go to Customize -> Header area -> Video -> add your video info.
Then, go to Customize -> Header area -> Header type -> select Video for Front page header type and/or Site header type -> click Save & Publish.

WEBM video link
OGV video link

Okay Manish,
The solution is to upload your video to your Media Library and insert that link, I have already tested it on my localhost and it works.
