Video header not displaying

My company has an active website using Sydney Pro 2 that has worked great for years. I am in the process of creating a new build for the company on a new domain and went with Sydney Pro 2 again for the new domain.

The header area will not display a video header, despite setting “Header Type” to “Video” and “Header Media” to the same video that currently works on the old site. Further, the backup header image will also not display.

I have disabled all plugins but the video still will not display.

I am able to display YouTube URL or the video with shortcode, but the formatting in either case does not get me the nice full screen from the original site.

Thoughts?
