First thanks for your using our theme Sydney Pro!

Please try the following steps below:

  1. Switch to another theme like default WP themes.
  2. Remove/Delete the Sydney Pro theme at Appearance > Themes
  3. Download the sydney-pro-ii.zip another time.
  4. Install the theme trough this new download files and activate the theme.
