Unable to download

I am trying to get Astrid Pro set up but it appears I’m unable to download anything from the site. It looks like I need a plugin but I’m not able to download – I can see the keys, and I can activate / deactivate sites). When I choose to download something I get: “We’re sorry, you are not allowed to proceed. Server stopped processing your request. Your attempt to submit the form looks similar to automated requests from spam posting software. If you believe you should be able to perform this request, please let us know.”
