Turning the whole page black when using Sydney Theme and Page Builder

There are white spaces on the gallery pages. If you look on the main gallery here: http://awtphotography.buildyourownwebsite.me.uk/gallery/ and on the individual galleries, e.g: http://awtphotography.buildyourownwebsite.me.uk/northern-ireland-gallery/ there is still a white space at the top and bottom.

Do you have any ideas on how to get these white sections to change to black. I have changed the page layout to wide and have changed everything that can possibly be changed on the page, within the row and within the widget to black, and it’s still not right.

Hello Amy,

Please try to use the following CSS code.

You can add CSS code in DashboardAppearanceCustomizeAdditional CSS (WordPress 4.7 and up). Also you can add CSS code directly to style.css file of your child theme.

div#content.page-wrap div.content-wrapper.container {
    background-color: transparent;
}

Please feel free to ask any other questions that you might have.

Kind Regards, Roman.

Hi Roman

Thank you so much for your response, I didn’t mention in the post apologies but it’s only specific pages I want to turn black - for example http://awtphotography.buildyourownwebsite.me.uk/gallery/ but to keep the homepage background white. Is there anyway to do this?

Thanks
Amy

Hello Amy,

Please try to use this CSS code instead of previous:

body:not(.home) div#content.page-wrap div.content-wrapper.container {
    background-color: transparent;
}

Kind Regards, Roman.
