Try to change font and size of slider text in header, wont work

Hello, I’m kind of new to Wordpress, this is going to be my first site ever.
Sydney is a great theme, but as a newbe al begin is hard.
At this moment I’m trying to change the font and size of the text in the slider.

If i do that on the customation part on 'fonts" the whole website uses that font, so i try to do it in CSS.
The font i like to use is a handwriten one, but somehow its not visable.

This is the CSS I used:
.text-slider .maintitle, .text-slider .subtitle {
font-family: ‘Over the Rainbow’, cursive !important;

Font family is Over the rainbow. (https://fonts.google.com/?query=over+the+rainbow&selection.family=Over+the+Rainbow)

Where do I go wrong?

Thanks!

Hello there,

Thank you for reaching out to us. If you want to use a new Google font set, you have to include that font source to your site. The easiest way to do so with Sydney theme is by going to Appearance > Customize > Font. In the “Body fonts” section, replace the default font set:

Source+Sans+Pro:400,400italic,600

with:

Source+Sans+Pro:400,400italic,600|Over+the+Rainbow

Then you can add this CSS code into Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS. Delete the default CSS comment as seen below:

/*
You can add your own CSS here.

*/

then put this code.

.text-slider .maintitle,
.text-slider .subtitle {
  font-family: 'Over the Rainbow', cursive !important;
}
