Hello there,

Could you please try to apply the following CSS code through the Simple Custom CSS plugin or child theme’s style.css?

@media only screen and (max-width: 991px){

 .top-bar{
   position: fixed !important;
  }

}

Let me ask a thing. Do you want this on both desktop and mobile screen?

Sure. You can easily do.

Thank you

I tried to put the CSS code you have provided me but the problem remains!!! :frowning:

here is all the code that I added in the Custom CSS, I would not like anything goes in conflict:

.site-info {
text-align: center;
color: #c46709;
font-family: Raleway;
font-size: 14px;
}
.sidebar-column {
float: none;
margin: 0 auto;
text-align: center;
}
.menu-toggle{
margin-top: 30px;
}
@media only screen and (min-width:992px){
#site-navigation{
margin-top: 20px;
}
}
.widget-title {
color: #1e73be;
}
#panel-2040-9-0-0{
padding-bottom: 0;
}
#panel-2040-9-0-1{
padding-top: 0;
}
#access img {
margin-bottom: 100px;
}
#panel-2692-9-0-0{
padding-bottom: 0;
}
#panel-2692-9-0-1{
padding-top: 0;
}
@media only screen and (max-width: 991px){
.top-bar{
position: fixed !important;
}
}

Hello there,

Try to clear your browser’s cache before reloading your site.

Regarding to center the language flags, you’d need to try to edit the menu item from Appearance > Menus. Then move the language switcher to the most top.

If it didn’t help, you could put the pll_the_languages() function in the template file. You should pass it in the child theme. Follow the links below for your references:
