i want to decrease between logo and top header area. I want to decrease all site not only woocommerce …

Please try to use this CSS code:

header#masthead {
    padding-bottom: 0;
    padding-top: 8px;
}

…instead of this:

header#masthead {
    padding-bottom: 0;
}
