The uploaded file exceeds the upload_max_filesize directive in php.ini

Hi I bought this theme a second time (to show support) because I like it so much, but I am unable to upload the zip file.
I get the message below when I try.

The uploaded file exceeds the upload_max_filesize directive in php.ini.

Please help.
Frank

Dear Frank,

Thank you for your support. To resolve this kind of issue, you have to contact your hosting support department to edit the mentioned file (php.ini) and increase the maximum file size value.

Hi,
Thank you for your help!
Resolved!

You’re welcome and best wishes!

I am having the same issue “The uploaded file exceeds the upload_max_filesize directive in php.ini.” I have not had this problem with other themes and it would be good to know what size the maximum filesize needs to be set to.

Obviously this is a much too common problem, why don’t they have a permanentfix for this problem?

upload_max_filesize configuration lies outside of the theme code. Please checkout this codex:
