Target image with CSS

Dear support,

On my site https://howtogetrippedathome.com/ I want the picture in my about section to align to the right and make it smaller. I want to do so with the following code:

img {
    display: block;
    margin-left: auto;
    margin-right: auto;
    width: 40%;
}

But I can’t figure out how to target the image with CSS.

Could you help me?

Thanks in advance.
Maarten

Hi,

Do you mean the background image of the about section?

Kind Regards,
Csaba

Yes, exactly. I can’t find an ID or something for it.

Yes, I want to align it right and so my face is viewable, but I can’t get it to work.

I managed to align to the right myself, by manually adding the background into the css like this:

#pg-977-2 {
background-color: #aaa;
background-image: url('https://howtogetrippedathome.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/08/Mattin-
Transparant-lq.png') !important;
background-repeat: no-repeat;
background-attachment: fixed;
background-position: right;
}

Hi,

Great! I’m glad it’s resolved! If you need help with anything else, please open a new topic.

Have a nice day!

Kind Regards,
Csaba
