Talon Slider Text Size

#1

Can somebody please tell me what CSS to add to control the size of the title and subtitle for the slides in the Talon header slider? Or is it possible to control line breaks? I saw a few posts on the topic but could not find a definitive answer. I believe I need to add CSS to set the initial type size and then a few more lines of “@media and . . .” to make it responsive. Thanks.

Hello there,

You can use this CSS code:

    .main-slider .main-slider-caption h1 {
      font-size: 30px;
      line-height: 38px;
    }

    .main-slider .main-slider-caption p {
      font-size: 22px;
      line-height: 27px;
    }

To manage it on specific screen sizes you can use media query. For example:

    @media only screen and (max-width: 991px) {
      .main-slider .main-slider-caption h1 {
        font-size: 30px;
        line-height: 38px;
      }

      .main-slider .main-slider-caption p {
        font-size: 22px;
        line-height: 27px;
      }
    }

To apply custom CSS code to your site, you can use child theme’s stylesheet or add it to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS from dashboard.
