Talon: Project Layout Incorrect

#1

The projects seem to be one ontop of each other, rather than nicely laid out. Its happened twice on the site for the same projects module

Hello there,

Not sure why it happens. Probably you’re running older version of theme or WordPress? But please try doing the below steps:

  1. Install and activate the TC Custom JavaScript plugin
  2. Go To Appearance > Custom JavaScript
  3. Paste the following code into the provided box
jQuery(function($) {

 $(window).on('load', function() {
   $('.projects-container').resize();
 });

});
  1. Update
  2. Flus cache if applied.

Kharis

#3

Completed … did not seem to make a difference unfortunately.

#4

Viewing the source code of your site, it’s showing that your site is cached with Endurance Page Cache. Have you flushed it?

Kharis

#5

I did flush the cache, yes

did you want to get on the backend and check it out? or is there another possible fix I might try?

#6

Hello

I wanted to follow up on this and see if you have another idea for a solution?

#7

Hello, I’m so sorry this problem still hasn’t been fixed. anyone have any other suggestions?

#8

Hello there,

I am sorry for the delay. Probably one of your active plugins produces script conflict. I guess it’s Lazy Load plugin. What will happen if you temporarily disable the a3 Lazy Load plugin? Once disabled, you’d flush cache. Then run your test.

Kharis
