Sydney to Sydney Pro conversion

I am running sydeny theme. Now I want to keep running the theme and modify the Sydney Pro them and then update it. How can I do it?

Thank you very much for the info. I created Staging Environment successfully. Install One Click Demo Import plugin tried to import the Sydney pro demo but it says “There are no predefined import files available in this theme. Please upload the import files manually!”

Then I followed the below instruction: https://docs.athemes.com/article/70-quick-start-guide And it is failed. I also followed Import example data
It also does not help me. It fails.

Please suggest me how can I import the Sydney demo contents as it shows in the demo.

This is really huge for an unexpert coder.
Can anyone please help me to figure out the above issue to import the expert theme as demo theme shows for sydney pro?

I get this once I click to import the file “demo-content.xml”
