Sydney Theme

I am using the Sydney theme as a one page theme, with custom links, ie about scrolls down to block 1, services scrolls down to block 3 etc.

My services are all listed on the home page and so to all other categories. When i go to the page www…/services the home page slider displays at the top because the services are not listed in a new page, but rather on the home page. This is also the case for testimonials and latest news sections.

Is there a way to stop the home page slider appearing on these other pages and have them appear as full width as the do in the generic sydney theme?

Or is there a way to hide the ‘‘archived’’ sections present at www…/services, and wwww…/testimonials
since all that information is on the Home page?

Hello Patricia,

  1. Please try to do the following to leave slider only on front page.

Go to your DashboardAppearanceCustomizeHeader areaHeader type → select No header (only menu) for Site header type → click Save & Publish.

  1. This issue looks like general WordPress issue.

I kindly suggest you to use WordPress.org forums to find a solution, that forums is the right place for general WordPress questions.

Kind Regards, Roman.

ok Thanks.

You are welcome Patricia,

Kind Regards, Roman.
