Sydney pro_mobile version-fix the screen

Hi roman / guys,

how can I fix the screen in the mobile version ? I mean: scrolling with the fingers happens that the screen moves to the right and to the left creating empty spaces.

Please have a look at the photos:

thanks in advance

Hello,

You can try to use the following CSS code.

You can add CSS code in Dashboard → Appearance → Customize → Additional CSS.

body {
    overflow-x: hidden;
}

Kind Regards, Roman.

Hi Roman,

unfortunately it is not fixed yet, :tired_face:

Hello,

I have just checked your website on Android phone and did not notice horizontal scroll, can you please try to clear your browser cache and see if it helps?

Kind Regards, Roman.

Hi,

I checked with our testing tools and with a real iphone 7plus device and I’m not seeing the issue.
Can you please tell me what iphone you’re checking on?

Hi Vlad,

Mine is Iphone 5s.

Using my Iphone, I haven’t this issues viewing other website.

Thanks

Dear Partner,

is tehre any news about the topic ?

thanks in advance

Hi,

Really sorry, apparently I was not subscribed to this topic and did not see your reply.

I’ve used our tools to test iphone 5s and I think I found your issue.

You have this piece of custom CSS:

#content.page-wrap .content-wrapper.container {
    padding-left: 10px;
    padding-right: 10px;
}

Please try to remove it.

Vlad

Hi vlad,

problem solved.

thanks a lot

Hi there,

I´m building a website and I´m experiencing a problem in the phone version (not in the tablet though).

Under the page “About me”, in the phone version, some words of the text are cut off the screen, forcing the user to scroll right in order to read a couple of names. I would like the text to be in one vertical screen without scrolling right (only scrolling up and down), like in the desktop and tablet version.

How do I solve the issue?

Thanks a lot,

Jacopo

Hello Jacopo,

Please create a new topic for your issue to keep forum in good order and make it easier to help you.
