Sydney Pro Download Error

Hi
I purchased Sydney Pro and have had all the relevant emails, etc. It appears in my downloads but when I click to download it says this:

We’re sorry, you are not allowed to proceed

Server stopped processing your request. Your attempt to submit the form looks similar to automated requests from spam posting software.

If you believe you should be able to perform this request, please let us know.

Please advise what I should do.
