Submenu background color

Hi,

I wanted to change the background color of submenu, which was originally black.
From previous posts, I picked the CSS code below and copied it to the plug-in called “Simple Custom CSS” and it worked well.

Now that I was advised to copy the code to the Additional CSS Section, I removed the CSS code from “Simple Custom CSS” and copied it to the Additional CSS Section. Then, the code did not work. What happened is that it said something like “something wrong seemed to happen. Please try again later” in my local language. So I cannot even copy the CSS code to the Additional CSS Section.

Can you give me another CSS code to change the background color of the submenu?

The code I used is as below:

    #masthead #mainnav-mobi,
    #masthead #mainnav-mobi ul.sub-menu {
        background-color: #dacee2;
    }

    #masthead #mainnav-mobi ul > li > a,
    #mainnav-mobi .btn-submenu::before {
        color: #3A3A3A;
    }

Best regards,

Hello there,

I request you do:

  1. Validate your CSS code with this tool
  2. Flush any applied cache

Let me know how it goes.

Stay safe.
Have an excellent day :slight_smile:
