Strikethrough on link / anchor

I have made a draft of a new page. And on that page I have created anchor links. But I see that when those anchor links are pressed, they get a strikethrough. And I don’t like that design, don’t feel that it fits with my total design of the page. Is that a fault, or how can I change that?

I also saw that when I write border=“1” on an , there is no border.
But I put in a small code in the beginning of the document, that “fixes” this. Is there also a better way of showing this?

img {
  border: 1px solid #000000;

That’s the active state of the links. If you feel it needs changing you can set your own styles to a:active.

Not really sure I understand about the border. If you’re trying to add the borders inline to some element you need to add like this: style=“border: 1px solid #000000;”. This doesn’t have much to do with the theme :slight_smile:

Not sure if the “no border” is part of the theme. But usally if you have <img src=“url” border=“1”> It usally shows a border, but this theme does not.

I am thinking of maybe creating a class, to show the border.

made a pretty id style, but can’t figure out the “a:active”. What do I need to make it default without strikethrough? Tried the code under without help.

a:active {
	text-decoration: none;

My bad, I meant to say a:focus. Let me know if it works.

Found the fault. Was my own. I have a plugin that checks for broken links. It couldn’t find the links (strange since it’s only anchor links), and created a class for broken links. So I think I fixed the whole thing. :slight_smile:
