Slider not functioning properly

We have been having trouble with a slider that we are using within Sydney Pro. The slider is our featured work right under the first headline

We have asked for support with the slider previously and Kharis sent us some CSS that helped.

The CSS we added is
.siteorigin-widget-tinymce .coygrid-wrapper {
width: 100% !important;

The issue now is that even though the slider is visible full width on the desktop browser, it is still being constrained to 570px high, unless you resize the browser which then makes the slider snap to fit the browser window but also creates a blank slide on the last slide.

I have contacted the maker of the slider many times and he continues to say that the theme is causing the constrain issue. He has forwarded me this demo of how the slider should work full width and it seems to work perfectly here. We are using the same settings for our slider as this demo page.

I have also created a testing page using the coyote slider shortcode as well as the Crelly slider shortcode that comes with Sydney Pro and both sliders seem to be constrained when the the page settings and the row settings are set to full width.

How do we get the slider on our main page to not be constrained to 570px high.

Hello Blaine,

I have just checked your website in Chrome and Firefox, and slider seems to work well. Have you already resolved this issue?

Kind Regards, Roman.

Hi Roman,

No the issue is not resolved. Hopefully these images will explain it better.

Hello Blaine,

Thank you for detailed explanation, now I understand. However, it looks like this issue requires close inspection, this goes beyond our support policy. As an option, you can find a reputable freelancer on Upwork for this kind of service.
