Site Navigation - Main Menu Button Colors

On the Main Menu, both computer browser version and mobile version, there is no way to determine what page you are on.

In other words the other pages in the menu, that the visitor is not on, are the same color as the page the visitor on.

The theme should default to display the button for the current page to the Menu Items Hover color. This would differentiate in the header itself the current page that the visitors is on from the other pages in the website.

I am attaching a couple pics to show what I mean by all the pages currently being the same color in the Menu including the current page the visitor is on.

These screenshots were taken on mobile and computer screen devices on this page:

In the these screenshots, the By2028 button SHOULD be different from the other pages. This would help visitors navigate more intuitively.

Thank you very much,

Dan

Hello there,

Try adding this CSS code to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS from dashboard.

    .mainnav ul.menu .current-menu-item > a,
    .mainnav ul.menu .current-menu-ancestor > a {
      color: #fff000 !important;
    }

Does it go the goal you’d like to achieve?

Regards,
Kharis

Thank you again, Kharis. It works! But this truly should be a default
setting in the theme. Do you agree?

Sincerely,

Dan

You’re welcome!

I agree. I’ll inform our developer about it and see if it meets his fit.

Kharis
