Site Identity Logo - Location

Hello,

I have read all 11 pages of the forum and could not find any custom css code for moving the site identity logo location.

I saw the code to change it’s size (that was REALLY helpful) but then the logo kinda shoved over to the extreme left margin of the page.

This is the CSS for the image size…

img.custom-logo {
    max-height: 75px;
}

Thank You in advance for the help.

Hello Scott,

Can you please provide a link to your website and some explanatory screenshots of what exactly you want to achieve?

You can upload screenshots to your WordPress Media Library and share a link, or you can use one of the online services (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.).

Kind Regards, Roman.

I just want the site logo (upper left corner) to not be so left-justified… it really hugs the left side of the screen.

I just want the ability to bump it over to some measure that is not so flush on the left side of the screen.

I think it will make sense when you look at it… no screenshots needed.

Hello Scott,

I’m not sure what happened with your header, but you can try to use the following CSS code.

You can add CSS code in DashboardAppearanceCustomizeAdditional CSS (WordPress 4.7 and up). Also you can add CSS code directly to style.css file of your child theme.

.main-header {
    width: 100%;
}

Kind Regards, Roman.

Thanks Roman! That fixed it.

I am a hack of a web developer so I’m sure I’ve messed with something to create the issue.

Bravo to you and your support here.
