Shorten space taken by parallax header image

I’d like to have the header image take less space from top to bottom anywhere except for the home page. Alizee’s home page looks great with the menu and header image taking almost half the height of the page, but on inside pages, for instance an article page, it’d be nice that the header image would take less space, so tha the article title, is placed higher up on the page. Is there anyway to do this?
Thanks in advance for your advice.

Use a custom CSS plugin and add this please:

.has-banner .site-branding {
    padding: 100px 0 80px;
.blog .site-branding {
    padding: 200px 0 120px;

You can change the 100px (above the site title) and 80px (below the site title) values.
