Set number of columns in 'Talon: Portfolio' widget

Hello,

It seems that the Talon: Portfolio widget always defines the columns to occupy 25% of the total width, although you set 3 or less projects to show, so it left blank squares.

Is there some way to fix this in order to give to each column a width proportional to the number of proyects?

Many thanks

Hello there,

Please try adding the below CSS code to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS from dashboard.

    @media only screen and (min-width:992px ) {
      .portfolio-section .portfolio-item {
        width: 33.333333333333333% !important;
      }
    }

Thanks.
If I get it right, this fits the width to 3 columns, but in my case I have four widgets in a single page, each one with a category filter and different number of proyects.

I guess the only solution then would be setting a class and a CSS rule for each one, isn’t it?

Cheers

Yes you’re right. You can set a unique class name in the widget settings. Then use this CSS code:

    @media only screen and (min-width:992px ) {
      .custom_class_name .portfolio-section .portfolio-item {
        width: 33.333333333333333% !important;
      }
    }
