Removing white space above footer

#1

Hi guys,

I seem to have some empty white space at the bottom of my website pages just above the footer. Here is the link to my site https://www.boardinglounge.com.au/

How do I close the gap so there is no white space?

Thanks.

Hello,

Try adding custom css code below from Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS field:

article#post-1281,
article#post-1281 footer.entry-footer {
    margin: 0;
}

Result should look like this https://www.screencast.com/t/E4LIFb8sVaE5

Best Regards!

Hi,

Thanks for your response. This worked on my home page but didn’t work on the rest of my sites pages.

Are you able to suggest how to fix this issue on all pages?

Thanks.

Hi again,

To remove margin globally use css code below instead:

.main-content article,
.main-content article footer.entry-footer {
    margin: 0;
}

Best Regards!

That’s perfect, thank you.

Hi Guys,

I am trying to remove the white space above the footer on all pages of another one of my sites and i used the code supplied above -

.main-content article,
.main-content article footer.entry-footer {
margin: 0;
}

However it didnt work, it reduced the white space but didnt remove it completely, any suggestions on how to remove it completely?

Hi,

Please share a link to that site so we can inspect that space since it is obviously not the same.

Thanks for the link,

As I can see, you already have previously provided code, and it removed white space successfully, because when I add background to row there is no space at the bottom https://www.screencast.com/t/Kxoxx8Gyp .

If you want something else just let me know.

Best Regards!
