I need a little help with the theme settings. Is anyone has an idea how to remove the project title from the banner and the disable changing colors effect? please take a look at my website.

You can simply remove the project title part by adding the below CSS code to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS from dashboard.
.single-jetpack-portfolio .ignis-hero-area .header-text .entry-title {
opacity: 0;
}
