Remove page/post background colors

#1

I would like all snippets on the front page to appear with a transparent background - not the brown they currently have. I see no where in the Customize to fix this. How can I change it so that all post types have a transparent background?

Thanks for your assistance.

Hello there,

Thank you for getting in touch.

In order to achieve that objective, Could you please try to add the following CSS code through the Simple Custom CSS plugin?

.home .services-area .service{
  background: transparent;
  border: none;
}

Let me know how it goes. I’ll wait to hear back from you regarding your stats.

Warmest regards,

Actually I spoke too soon - I see that what you sent only covers services - I want ALL of them to be transparent. I tried this, but it’s not working for ‘employees’:
.home .services-area .service{
background: transparent;
border: none;
}
.home .employees-area .employees{
background: transparent;
border: none;
}

Is there a way to change all of the elements to transparent? Thanks!

Hello there,

I noticed that the exact selector is .employee. I thought you should use the following.

.home .employees-area .employee{
  background: transparent;
  border: none;
}

I hope it helps.
