Remove .htm at end of post title

I have just noticed that posts have .htm at end of url.

http://www.yssc.co.uk/dev/championship-show-my-14th-2019.htm

Where/how do i remove. Dont have this on any other WP site

I never thought to look at the permalink settings as I have never come across that one before.
