Removal of Logo Space from Header

Hello,
I recently updated my Sydney theme and for some reason the logo in the footer, along with the space on which it is located, moved to the header, covering the top of the page. I tried to fix it and came across a website (https://www.webnots.com/how-to-remove-proudly-powered-by-wordpress-footer/) that suggested I do this to the style.css file:

site-info {
    display : none;
}

The only thing that this did was removing the text but not the dark strip at the top of the page. I’d very much appreciate your help with fixing this problem.

Thank you!
Michael

Hello Michael, you can try to add this CSS code as well:

#colophon {
    padding: 0;
}

Please feel free to ask any other questions that you might have.

Kind Regards, Roman.

Thank you very much, Roman. It worked!

Great! You are welcome Michael :slight_smile:
