"Real" full widt in page-template possible

is it possible to set the page-template (for example single-project) to real full width without container (how it is possible in template widgetized) ?

Hello @edv-kroiss,

Can you please provide some explanatory screenshots along with a link to your website in order to let me inspect it?

You can upload screenshots to your WordPress Media Library and share a link, or you can use one of the online screenshot services.

Kind Regards, Roman.

Hi Roman,

the website of our client is www.innovatehno.eu
I have made some code change to get the single-project template in full width without container.
It is working now, as we need, but how can we protect the code changes for further updates?
or, could you add a single-products template to your themes with the changes we made?

Demo see
http://innovatehno.eu/all-products/ (astrid project widget, 2 projects(=products) are added)

I have updated the single project page

Template Name: Single Project

get_header(); ?>

<?php echo do_shortcode( ‘[metaslider id=482 percentwidth=100]’ ); ?>

 while ( have_posts() ) : the_post();

 get_template_part( 'template-parts/content', 'page' );

 // If comments are open or we have at least one comment, load up the comment template.
 if ( comments_open() || get_comments_number() ) :

 endwhile; // End of the loop.

	</main><!-- #main -->
</div><!-- #primary -->

<?php get_footer(); ?>

The Astrid themes header.php

<?php $container = ‘home-wrapper’; ?>
<?php else : ?>
<?php $container = ‘container’; ?>
<?php endif; ?>
<?php //edit ende?>

The Astrid-Pro styles.php

$custom .= “@media screen and (min-width:991px) { .page-template-single-project .entry-content { width:100%;float:left;} }”."\n";

and added this custom css.

.page-template-single-project .site-content {

Hello @edv-kroiss,

It’s great that it is working now!

You can use a child theme in order to override .php templates and CSS rules.

Also you can add custom CSS code in DashboardAppearanceCustomizeAdditional CSS (WordPress 4.7 and up).

Please feel free to ask any other questions that you might have.

Kind Regards, Roman.

thank you, yes I heard about the child theme. I will install this.

the style.php in astrid-pro plugin order I will edit after an updates.
