Purchased this theme on nov 2017

I bought this theme on Nov 2017 but I didn’t receive any updates from Jan 2018. I’m I suppose to get 1-year free update and support right.

Please check if you’ve entered your purchase license key into Appearance > Theme License and ensure it’s valid and activated.

Hello there,

I guess your current version is older than 2.x. Sydney theme version 1.57 and older isn’t linked with the update notice since we’ve made major update on 2.x. You should do these special steps in order to receive any update notices coming for 2.x and above.

Because it contains huge amount of update, please be advised and read carefully the changelogs.

I’d strongly recommend you do full backup before updating in case you aren’t satisfied with the new design – and wish to rollback.
