Proper image size for 2 column project

Hi,

I’d like to change 4 columns project to 2. What image size should I add in the Simple Image Sizes plugin setting?

Is this code right for the 2 columns?
.project {
width: 50%;
}

@media only screen and (max-width: 991px) {
.project {
width: 50% !important;
}
}

Hello,

It looks like this issue requires close inspection and testing on different screen resolutions, this goes beyond our support policy. It’s considered advanced customization. As an option, you can contact Codeable for this kind of service, or find a reputable freelancer on Upwork.

ok, Roman.

How about 3 columns? only designed to 4 columns?

Okay, I checked it once again and realized that it can be done quite easily. So, for two columns, try this CSS code:

@media (min-width: 501px) {
    .projects-area .project {
        width: 50%;
    }
}

And set 960px or more for image width (instead of 500px). You can use Simple Image Sizes plugin as you mentioned above.

Please feel free to ask any other questions that you might have.

Kind Regards, Roman.

Sorry, it took me for a while to reply.
I added that code and plugin and I see two columns now but those images don’t fit there. With the cropping enabled I tried both the image size of 960x595px keeping the original aspect ratio of astrid-project-thumb and 960x960px. Any idea?

NVM. I figured it out and it works well. I appreciate it as always.
