PROJECT PORTFOLIO: Previous CSS formatting

#1

Hello,

I used to display five projects in one line on my homepage.

I now have six projects to display and want to display them on two lines, however the formatting is very small and strange.

I think there many be previous CSS formatting recommendations=ended by you to get the original five to display properly.

Can you please help display the six well?

You can find the page here: https://badproducerproductions.com

Thank you.

Hello,

I’m not sure what exactly you want to achieve, can you please describe it more precisely?

Kind Regards, Roman.

#3

Hello,

How can I make the projects bigger to fill the line?

Cheers,

Astrid

#4

Essentially, how can I make the projects look like the Sydney demo site?

#5

Hello, thank you for explanation.

Please use Sydney FP: Portfolio widget and select Style 2 in its settings.

Kind Regards, Roman.

#6

Hello,

Where is STyle 2? I don;t se that.

At the moment, this is what it looks like - five on one line and one on the next line.

Is it possible to make them bigger, three on each line?

Thank you.

#7

I think the problem may be additional CSS you gave me a while ago to make the portfolio smaller so I could display five across the page.

Now I would like it to be the standard size, as in the demo.

Does that explain it better?

#8

Hello,

I’ve just checked your website once again and didn’t notice any CSS code that can prevent switching the widget to Style 2 option. Here is where it is:

Kind Regards, Roman.

#9

That button does not exist on my widget. See the attached screenshot.

What should I do?

#10

Hello,

I’ve just noticed that you are still using Sydney Pro 1.57, but the current version is 2.0.9.

You might want to check this Sydney Pro documentation page:
https://docs.athemes.com/article/244-how-to-upgrade-to-sydney-pro-2

Please feel free to ask any other questions that you might have.

Kind Regards, Roman.

Hello Roman

There is no record of my purchase of Sydney pro in my account (although I clearly purchased it, as I am using it on multiple sites).

How else can I access it? Are you able to look at my purchase history?

#12

Hello,

I’ll ask person that handles licenses to check this issue, let’s see what he says.

Kind Regards, Roman.

#13

Hello, I got a response, you have a Sydney Pro 2 license.

Did you try to follow instructions that I mentioned above step by step?

Kind Regards, Roman.

#14

Hello Roman,

Yes I did, but it is not in my account when I follow the steps outlined.

Can you please put me in touch with someone who can help?

For some reason your user id and purchase weren’t linked. Try logging in as badproducer again.
