Problems with Sydney Updates

Hi guys,
I updated Sydney Toolbox, but I lost the Clients section in the Front Page.
I added a new row with the Sydney: Clients Widget but nothing appears…
Moreover, in the Products section I find the images shifted on the right, as if a space for a sixth image was added (before were only 5 per row).

Could you help me?
Thanks a lot

Can you please provide a link to your website and some explanatory screenshots?

Kind Regards, Roman.

Hi Roman,
this is the link to our website
I was able to solve the problem I mentioned (Clients and Projects/Products).
The one I’m not able to fix is about the background of the row.
You can notice it with the “Call to action” row.
Before the update the parallax effect was perfect . Now it seems that the image has been shifted downward and a string appeared (in my case it is gray due to the options I chose).
The only solution I found on the forum is a CSS code, to center the image but doing so I will loose the parallax effect.
Thanks for your time!

Hello, it’s great that you resolved that issue.

I asked our Developer to check the parallax issue, let’s see what he says.

Kind Regards, Roman.

Well, it seems to be a theme issue.

I have already reported it, thank you for pointing it out.

Please feel free to ask any other questions that you might have.

Kind Regards, Roman.

Hi Roman,
thank you for your quick answer!
Look forward to new updates.

Kind regards,

Hello Andrea,

Please try to use the CSS code from this topic as a temporary workaround:

Thank you very much Roman,
the CSS works well.
Waiting for new updates.

Have a nice day!

You are welcome Andrea!

And have a nice day as well

Hi guys,
I am also having a few issues with the new Sydney Theme toolbox upgrade. After upgrading the software the white “screen of death” has resolved which is great, but I cannot seem to load Elementor to edit any posts. I can get onto the dashboard but Elementor wont load.

Could you please help me?

Thanks very much.

There was a fault with the social welfare plug in. Fixed.

Okay Emma, please feel free to ask any other questions that you might have in future.

Kind Regards, Roman.
