Please process refund

I am in need of a refund for the aThemes Yearly Access purchased on Jan 22nd. Can someone please help? Thank you.

We were in urgent need of setting up a new website overnight and hopeful to use Sydney Pro with WordPress. Unfortunately, the Syndey Pro ZIP file was too large to upload to WP and the download for our next preference, Airi Pro, was incomplete at 18 KB. Four other downloads had either incomplete file sets or were too large for WP to accept & install. The couple remaining aThemes options that we were able to successfully install and use on WP did not met our needs for style &/or functionality. We then pivoted away from WP and setup our starter site on a different service.
