Picutre Animations don’t work on browsers - Effects with Elementor

Hello from Brazil.

I’m not an expert, so please be patient with me in your comments.

I’m currently working on a Landing Page for our Hostel. I have the Syndey Pro installed for our general site and of course a bunch of Plugins (probably too many).
Now I wanted to create the Landing Page with Elementor and it looks fine on WordPress, for example when I put a so called “Ken Burns Effect” in the background. It moves as it should, looks really nice, but I don’t see it on any browser accessing the LP. I perceived that this is happening to any movement I define, as well as appearances of o picture. It shows on WordPress but never on the browsers.

I posted this issue as well in the wordpress forum and I received the follwing answer:

When I view your page, I see an error from your theme in the Javascript console.

Uncaught TypeError: i(…).offset() is undefined
p https://www.refugiohostelfortaleza.com/wp-content/themes/sydney-pro-ii/js/main.min.js?ver=20170930:1
jQuery 4

You need to ask at the theme’s support forum, which isn’t here since it’s the Pro version.

Ok, I’m asking now here what I am supposed to do, because it’s really a mess working without this functionalities.
Thank you very much

P.S. the LP I’m working on is the following:
