Page Content Background Color

Hi Sydney Team!

Question about page background colors:

I’m trying to change the white background of the page to something less harsh. I’m able to change parts of the page, but never the entire background of the page.

My problem is most noticeable here: http://www.edj.ink/about/

What am I missing? Thanks!

Hello there,

Could you please try to add the following CSS code through the Simple Custom CSS plugin?

.page-wrap .content-wrapper{
  background: transparent;
}

Let me know how it goes. I’ll wait to hear back from you regarding your stats.

Hi Kharis!

Thank you for the prompt response. That definitely works.

Unfortunately, I am now having a problem with font color contrast for the headers. How do I modify the font colors for the various h1 h2 etc… fonts? Is there a way to set them to equal the regular text color so that when I change the color in my theme settings, the changes are passed to the paragraph font AND the header fonts?

Thanks!

Hi Patrick,

Unfortunately there is no option in the customizer to handle it at the moment.

Try to add the following CSS code through the Simple Custom CSS plugin.

h1, h2, h3, h4, h5, h6{
  color: #ff0000;
}

Adjust the hex color code to meet your need.

Kharis
