Page Builder buttons don't appear

Hi there,
I have completed a site for a client, no problem. I loved the theme and installed this again for a new client. Only now, the “add widget” , “add row” etc buttons don’t appear on at the top of Add New Page…

I have tried to re-install the site origin plugin, but to no avail.

Please can you help…

Hi Thorsten,

Maybe Page builder is turned off from page options http://screencast.com/t/hkKZKBRrLoj.

Also this can be due to a plugin conflict so try to disable all your additional plugins one by one and try again.
