Hello there,

Thank you for reporting.

Try to flush the permalink by simply doing this: Go to Settings > Permalinks > just hit the “Save Changes” button.

Let me know how it goes.

Hi Kharis!
Firstly I try to find some example of this problem in network, so I already flushed the permalinks and even change .htaccess file. But unfortunately nothing helps. So I appealed for help to you

Hello there,

Thank you for updating me.

What will happen if you temporarily activate the default (plain) permalink?

Kharis

Kharis, you know, with that settings (default (plain) permalink) pages are available, everything works.

But anyway, I would like to use a “Post name” permalinks

Hello there,

I guess there might be an .htaccess issue. Make sure it is properly configured. Please refer here https://codex.wordpress.org/Using_Permalinks#Creating_and_editing_.28.htaccess.29

Unfortunately one more changing of .htaccess file didn’t help.
It’s very bad. I even don’t know what to do next.

Hello there,

Thank you for updating me.

Try to add the following inside the <IfModule mod_rewrite.c> line in the .htaccess.

Options +FollowSymLinks +SymLinksIfOwnerMatch

I found this workaround from here.

If it didn’t resolve the issue, I’d strongly suggest you to consult to your hosting support.

Kharis
