I referred to your article from Dec 2017 to see how to make the main menu hamburger style all the time. However if I enter the CSS that was suggested the menu does not change to hamburger style.
What I want is on all display sizes for the menu to be hamburger.
How can I achieve this please?

I cleared the cash and it still does not work. I need the Hamburger menu on all pages, except the landing page which is constructed using Thrive Architect.
