Multi Column Menu in Footer

Hi & Happy Easter!

I have tried to find a solution on the forums but no luck so here goes…

I can add a widget menu to the footer which just comes out as 1 long column on the left side of the page. However, as in many sites, I would like to be able to split this menu, of around 15 items, to, for example, a 4 column list, with even a header to each list (e.g… Services, News, Product Types etc).

Oh, and I also wonder whether it’s possible to put that at the very bottom of the page?

Is this possible?

The ‘standard’ menu options just put them in a rather random unformatted block in 4 rows

I love your products and although this is my first outing with Wordpress I think I’m getting to grips with it in most areas!!

Thanks for your help on this,
Kind Regards

John

Sorry, forgot to add it’s the Astrid Pro version!

Hello John,

Please try to do the following.

  1. Create several separate menus.

  2. Put them into your footer widget areas using Custom Menu widget.

Please remember that Astrid footer includes three widget areas, Footer 1, Footer 2, and Footer 3.

Please feel free to ask any other questions that you might have.

Kind Regards, Roman.

Thanks for your quick reply Roman. I am away for the weekend now but will try it on Tuesday!
Kind Regards
John
