Move line in footer?

Is there a way to move the line down, so it sits between my texts? Here is what I mean

Link to site for reference

Hello there,

Firstly, you have to wrap your code with DIV.site-info-links so it will look like this:

<div class="site-info-links">
  <!-- your code goes here ->
</div>

And then add this CSS code into Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS in your site dashboard.

.site-info {
  border: none;
}

.site-info-links {
  border-bottom: 1px solid rgba(255, 255, 255, 0.05);
  margin-bottom: 20px;
}

this is my current code: <?php
/**

</body>
</html>

Which part needs to be wrapped in the “DIV.site-info-links”?

Replace this code block:

<div class=”site-info container”>
  <br>

  <a href="http://www.hwlochner.com/docs/pdf/Lochner_InformationAboutBrokerageServices.pdf">Texas Real Estate Commission Information About Brokerage Service</a>

  <br>

  <a href="https://www.trec.texas.gov/forms/consumer-protection-notice">Texas Real Estate Commission Consumer Protection Notice</a>

  <br>
  <br>
  <br>

</div><!– .site-info –>

with:

<div class=”site-info container”>
  <div class="site-info-links">
    <br>

    <a href="http://www.hwlochner.com/docs/pdf/Lochner_InformationAboutBrokerageServices.pdf">Texas Real Estate Commission Information About Brokerage Service</a>

    <br>

    <a href="https://www.trec.texas.gov/forms/consumer-protection-notice">Texas Real Estate Commission Consumer Protection Notice</a>

    <br>
    <br>
    <br>
  </div>
