Moesia: Show 4 across in Employee Widget

The Employees widget allows 3 across the widget and I’d like to show 4 employees across. Is there a setting or is there css I can add? I tried the css given for the Perth theme but it didn’t work.

Thank you!

Hello there,

Add this extra CSS code to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS from your site dashboard.

@media only screen and (min-width:992px) {

  .employees-area .employee.col-md-4 {
     width: 24.7%;
  }

}

Thank you!! That’s perfect.

Is there similar css for showing 4 across in the Latest News widget? I tried, without success:

@media only screen and (min-width:992px) {

.latest-news-area .latest-news.col-md-4 {
width: 24.7%;
}

}

To narrow down the latest news items, use this code:

@media only screen and (min-width:992px) {

  .latest-news-area .blog-post.col-md-4 {
     width: 24.7%;
  }

}

Kharis

Thanks Kharis – that created a space for the fourth post, but only three are showing. Any fix for that?

You’re welcome!

You can change the default number of post items to show by editing the Latest News widget in your page through page builder. Enter 4 in the “Number of posts to show:” input field.

Oh duh. Thanks. However, I’m now showing 4 posts, but the 4th is showing up under the first three, although there is a space to the right for a 4th post.

Thanks for your help!

Please add this CSS code:

.latest-news-area .blog-post:nth-of-type(3n+1) {
  clear: none;
}

Thanks! All done now. Appreciate your help.

Hi! I too am trying to display 4 employees across instead of 3. I followed the instructions you posted above, however it is not working for me.

The page displaying the Employee widget is: http://devsuminnovation.com/who-we-are/#our-team

Do you have any suggestions?

Thank you so much!
