Moesia Pro vs Wordpress 4.2.2

#1

Hi Vlad,

I have updated my WP website running on Moesia PRO theme www.brilife.com.
After the update the site is messed up. Could you please help me arrange it back to where it was before update?

  1. I am using page builder on the front page and I would like all the HEADLINES to get in the middle. It was like this before - I used css you have recommended.
    Now the CSS only works in the third section BRING PHOTOS TO LIFE where the headline is CENTERED.

  2. White lines appeared after update. I would like to get rid of all the lines below each section’s HEADLINE.

  3. Suddenly the widget sections on the front are very narrow. The padding is gone. Befeore I did not use any padding css or option and there were bigger spaces between each widget section.

  4. Vimeo video section - the video got to almost full screen. I was way smaller on the web. I cant scroll down throughout the whole website because scrolling does not work when mouse hover over video. Is there a possibility to make it smaller?

These are all the CSS setting that we have done together in the past:

.sfmsb-follow-social-buttons a {
     float: none;
     display: inline-block;
}
.widget_sfmsb_settings {
     text-align: center;
}
.mc4wp-form-6 {
     margin: 0 auto;
}
.mc4wp-form-6
input[type=submit] {
  box-shadow: none !important;
}
.top-bar {
   opacity: 1;
}
.welcome-button,
.call-to-action {
  box-shadow: none !important;
  font-size: 20px;
}
.welcome-button,
.welcome-button:hover {
   color: #fdca05;
}
.widget-title {
    color: #ffffff;
}
.site-branding {
 display: none;
}
.main-navigation {
  width: 100%;
}
.main-navigation ul {
     text-align: center;
     float: none;
}
.main-navigation li {
     float: none;
     display: inline-block;
}
.wpcf7 #Your-Name-ID,
.wpcf7 #Your-Email-ID,
.wpcf7 #Subject-ID {
  color: #444444;
  border: 9px solid #f01a21;
  width: 500px;
  height: 52px;
  padding: 5px;
}
.wpcf7 {
  background-color: #fdca05;
}
.wpcf7 #Your-Message-ID {
  color: #444444;
  border: 9px solid #f01a21;
  width: 500px;
  height: 200px;
  padding: 5px;
}
input.wpcf7-submit {
  color: #fdca05;
  background-color: #f01a21;
  box-shadow: none !important;
  font-size: 20px;
}
.page-template-page_contact .site-main {
     text-align: center;
}
@media screen and (max-width: 992px) {
    .welcome-info {
       top: 0;
    }
    .welcome-logo {
       max-width: 150px;
    }
}
.call-to-action {
  color: #fdca05;
  background-color: #f01a21;
  box-shadow: none !important;
  font-size: 20px;
}
.call-to-action,
.call-to-action:hover {
  color: #fdca05;
}
@media screen and (max-width: 992px) {
	.menu-toggle.btn {
		margin: 5px auto 10px;
		float: none;
	}
}

Please hep me get where I was :frowning:

Hi Vlad,

My bad - I have updated MOESIA PRO theme and all is good :slight_smile: THat was easy.

Please just one thing:

In the first THE BRILIFE APP section there is are two lines under the HEADLINE. How can I add them in every section?
They probably are in the second section too but the lines are not WHITE but the exact red as background.
How or where do I change the colour of these lines for each widget section?

Thank you.

Hi,

If the widgets aren’t part of Moesia (which they’re not) you can’t control the colors individually for those lines. But it’s easy to do with custom CSS:

#pg-7-1 .so-panel.widget .widget-title:after,
#pg-7-3 .so-panel.widget .widget-title:after,
#pg-7-5 .so-panel.widget .widget-title:after {
     border-color: #fdca05 !important;
}

This will set the ones that are on a red background to yellow.
